Introduction to Storyboarding Shot Sizes

The category of shot sizes means the amount of space that a setting or subject is being displayed in in one shot. Shot sizes are significant because they represent the appearance of a shot, like how much the setting can be signify loneliness when its broader than the character itself. It also can make the audience overwhelmed with the amount of space surrounding a character or how close up the shot is.

During taking shots for this assignment, I had a better understanding of how a shot can have an impact on a film. In this assignment I worked with two other people, we all did our shots by rows. I did the first, Alanna did the second, and Michelle did the third. We all took our pictures according to our notes and finished it on time.
