Research Mise en Scene: Acting

 Acting is when characters portray feelings and emotions that play a major part for the mood of a story/film. The elements of acting are actor appearances, facial expressions, body language, vocal qualities, and mannerisms of a character. Actor appearances is when actors and actresses appear in a film, which is important because they're the main part of a film, as the characters. Facial expressions are important because they show the emotions of the characters that the actors are portraying as. Body language are gestures, body contact, and posture in which are key things to what the feelings and emotions are of a character. Vocal qualities indicate the tone of voice, accent, or pace of speech of a character, which can portray their emotions, place of origin, and how the character talks. Mannerisms of a character are the ways and characteristics that a character does things.
