Introduction to Camerawork Warm-Up Preliminary Exercise 6 (Part 1)

Camerawork is the way in which cameras are used in a film or tv. One reason that camerawork is significant to filming a movie is because it can add meaning to the footage taken. Another reason is that it changes and shapes a viewer's perspective of a scene. It also adds pace and energy to certain shots that would have the viewers focusing more onto the shot/film. Cinematography is the art of making motion pictures. The person who is responsible for the cinematography on set is the cinematographer. Two award-winning people in the film industry are Ben Affleck from Justice League and Tom Cruise from The Mummy.
