The elements for hair and makeup are tone, style, time, place, and character personality. Tone is to reduce intensity, color, appearance, or sound. Style is when something is designed to portray a particular style or purpose. Time is the representation of a historical period. Place is the relative position in a social scale. Character personality is the character's set of personal qualities that are a group of mental and moral characteristics.
